Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise buyer is responsible for shipping charges of returned items. 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you and email to notify you. At that time, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you refund is approved then your refund will be processed. A credit, minus the restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price, will be applied to your original method of payment.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Products are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise requested. The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. In stock items are shipped in 2-5 business days of purchase. Custom items are shipped between 2-10 weeks of purchased, closer approximation is communicated within the custom item conversation. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Canada Post offers $100 in shipping insurance. Should your order be higher than that, it is up to the customer to contact us to purchase more insurance coverage. All items are shipped via trackable mail. All packages are shipped in boxes or polymailers with paper and/or air bubble protection. 
In the event of lost or damaged packages, please contact us and we will contact Canada Post. If your item is received damaged, please do not dispose of any packaging. Tracking numbers and photos of the package will be required by Canada Post. 

Free local pick up is available. Only those who are going to pick up their purchase in person should choose that option. Should someone who requires shipping choose the free pick up option, your order will not be processed until the correct shipping is paid.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note, if you are outside of Canada, your country's border pay charge additional duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We can not control if and when these charges happen.
